ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

Sales/Customer Support Specialist utilize their experience, computer skills, courteous phone manner and positive attitude to finalize sales/customer inquiries
Required duties include handling inbound calls, client schedule update requests, and follow-up calls and with a commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with each and every customer
Follow up with all departments to determine if appointments were kept and the outcome
Calls on new projects that are bidding to get necessary documentation and contact details for Sales team to quote
Follows up on lists for upcoming new bid projects
Manages the leads in Signtracker and ensures follow ups are completed
Provides reporting on lead sales/statistics
Assists Office/ Inside Sales department with printing necessary work orders and project documents
Collaborates with team members to find new processes and department solutions
Performs other duties as assigned.



  • Four-year college degree, Bachelor’s preferred
  • Experience with online sales, chat, Skype and voip phone preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM/Signtracker
  • Strong Admin, Office365 skill set
  • Personable, presentable and articulate, strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Internal audit investigation,
  • Self starting
  • Effective project management skills
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with pcloud/cloud based file management system desired.


Job Type: Part-time, 24 hours a week
Required education: Bachelor’s
Required experience: Sales Support – 1 year
